适用范围
本标准规定了数字式多功能复印设备(以下简称复印设备)环境标志产品的定义、基本要求、技术内容及检验方法。本标准适用于以复印为其基本功能,使用干式显影剂、热定影、普通纸的数字式复印机、数字式多功能一体机(多功能数码复印机、多功能数码复合机、多功能打印复印一体机、彩色复印机等)等复印设备。

【摘要】:Thegrabmethodisapplicablewheneveritisdesiredtodeterminethex201C;effectivestrengthx201D;ofthefabricinuse,thatis,thestrengthofthematerialinaspecificwidth,togetherwiththeadditionalstrengthcontributedbyadjacentmaterial.Thereisnosimplerelationshipbetweengrabtestsandstriptestssincetheamountoffabricassistancedependsontheconstructionofthefabric.Itisusefulasaqualitycontroloracceptancetest.TheprocedureinTestMethodD4632forthedeterminationofgrabstrengthofgeotextilesmaybeusedforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,butcautionisadvisedsinceinformationaboutbetween-laboratoryprecisionisincomplete.Comparativetestsasdirectedin5.2.1areadvisable.IncaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingtheproceduresinTestMethodD4632foracceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthemanufacturershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogeneousaspossibleandwhicharefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingtheappropriateStudent''st-testandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforetestingisbegun.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandthemanufacturermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultsinthelightoftheknownbias.Mostgeotextilefabricscanbetestedbythistestmethod.Somemodificationofclampingtechniquesmaybenecessaryforagivenfabric,dependinguponitsstructure.Specialadaptationmaybenecessarywithstrongfabrics,orfabricsmadefromglassfibers,topreventthemfromslippingintheclampsorbeingdamagedasaresultofbeinggrippedintheclamps,suchascushioningtheclamporboardingthespecimenwithintheclamp.Thistestmethodisapplicablefortestingfabricseitherdryorwet.Itmaybeusedwithconstant-rate-of-traverse(CRT)orconstant-rate-of-extension(CRE)typetensionmachines.However,theremaybenooverallcorrelationbetweentheresultsobtainedwiththeCRTmachineandtheCREmachine.Consequently,thesetwotensiontesterscannotbeusedinterchangeably.Incaseofcontroversy,theCREmachineshallprevail.1.1Thistestmethodisanindextestwhichprovidesaprocedurefordeterminingthebreakingload(grabstrength)andelongation(grabelongation)ofgeotextilesusingthegrabmethod.Thistestmethodisnotsuitableforknittedfabricsandalternatetestmethodsshouldbeused.Whileusefulforqualitycontrolandacceptancetestingforaspecificfabricstructure,theresultscanonlybeusedcomparativelybetweenfabricswithverysimilarstructures,becauseeachdifferentfabricstructureperformsinauniqueandcharacteristicmannerinthistest.Thegrabtestmethodsdoesnotprovidealltheinformationneededforalldesignapplicationsandothertestmethodsshouldbeused.1.2Proceduresformeasuringthebreakingloadandelongationbythegrabmethodinboththedryandwetstateareincluded;however,testingisnormallydoneinthedryconditionunlessspecifiedotherwiseinanagreementorspecification.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsareprovidedforinformationonly.1.4Thisstanda......
