【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaspectro-photometricmethod,knownasthetetrachloro-mercurate(TCM)/pararosanilinemethod,forthede-terminationofthemassconcentrationofsulfurdi-oxideinambientairwithintherangeof20μg/mtoabout500μg/m.Thesamplingperiodis30minto60min.Ifalongersamplingperiodthan60minisused,orhigherconcentrationsofsulfurdioxide(uptoabout2000μg/m)areexpected,careisnecessarytoen-surethattheconcentrationsofsulfurdioxideintheabsorptionsolutiongiveninclause6,paragraph2arenotexceeded.Thiscanbeachievedbyare-ductionofthevolumeflowrateduringsampling.Samplesolutionsobtainedbythisproceduremaybestoredforupto24hbeforemakingmeasure-ments,providedthattheyarekeptinarefrigeratoratabout5℃.Substanceswhichareknowntointerfereandwhichmightbepresentintheairbeingsampledarelistedin7.5Indicationsoftheprecisionandaccuracyofthemethod,andofthelowerdetectionlimitaregivenin8.2.Detectionlimit,standarddeviationsandinterfer-encesqualifytheTCM-methodfororientatingfieldmeasurementsinthehigherconcentrationrange.Whenmoreaccuratemeasurementsarenecessary,instrumentswhicharespeciallytestedandcali-bratedshouldbeused.
