【摘要】:ISO23273-1:2006specifiestheessentialrequirementsforthefunctionalsafetyoffuelcell(FCV)withrespecttohazardstopersonsandtheenvironmentinsideandoutsideofthevehiclescausedbytheoperationalcharacteristicsofthefuelcellpowersystem.Itdoesnotapplytomanufacturing,maintenanceorrepairofthevehicles.TherequirementsinISO23273-1:2006addressbothnormaloperating(faultfree)conditionandsinglefaultconditionsofthevehicles.ISO23273-1:2006appliesonlywhenthemaximumworkingvoltageoftheon-boardelectricalcircuitsislowerthan1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.accordingtonationalorinternationalstandardsand/orlegalrequirements.
