【摘要】:ThispartofInternationalStandardIEC76appliestothree-phaseandsingle-phasepowertransformers(includingauto-transformers)withtheexceptionofcertaincategoriesofsmallandspecialtransformerssuchas:—single-phasetransformerswithratedpowerlessthan1kVAandthree-phasetransformerslessthan5kVA;—transformershavingnowindingswithratedvoltageUnhigherthan1000V;—instrumenttransformers;—transformersforstaticconvertors;—tractiontransformersmountedonrollingstock:—startingtransformers;—testingtransformers;—weldingtransformers.NOTEWhenIECstandardsdonotexistforsuchcategoriesoftransformers,thispartofIEC76maystillbeapplicableeitherasawholeorinpart.ForthosecategoriesofpowertransformersandreactorswhichhavetheirownIECstandards,thispartisapplicableonlytotheextentinwhichitisspecificallycalledupbycross-referenceintheotherstandard.Atseveralplacesinthispartitisspecifiedorrecommendedthatan"agreement"shallbereachedconcerningalternativeoradditionaltechnicalsolutionsorprocedures.Suchagreementistobemadebetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.Themattersshouldpreferablyberaisedatanearlystageandtheagreementsincludedinthecontractspecification.note:1)Suchstandardsexistfordry-typetransformers(IEC60726),forreactorsingeneral(IEC60289),fortractiontransformersandreactors(IEC60310),andareunderpreparationforstaticconvertertransformers.
