【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforfireresistingdatacabinetsanddisketteinserts.Twomethodsoftestarespecifiedtodeterminetheabilityoffireresistingdatacabinetstoprotecttemperatureandhumiditysensitivecontentsfromtheeffectsoffire:afireendurancetestandafireshockandimpacttest.Twolevelsoffireseverity(S60andS120)basedupontimeoffireexposure;andthreeprotectionclasses(P,DandDIS)arespecifiedusingthemaximumtemperatureincreasesandhumidityvaluespermittedwithinthestoragespaceofthedatacabinet.Disketteinserts(DI60P/DISandDI120P/DIS)areinstalledindatacabinetsofprotectionclassS60PorS120P,respectively,andsubjectedtoafireendurancetest(see5.1.2).Requirementsarealsospecifiedfortestspecimens,thetechnicaldocumentationforthetestspecimen,correlationofthetestspecimenwiththetechnicaldocumentation,preparationfortypetestingandtestprocedures.Aschemetoclassifythefireresistingdatacabinetsanddisketteinsertsfromthetestresultsisalsogiven(seeTable1).Cabinetshavingthesamedesign,protectionandconstructionfeatures(typeandthicknessofconstructionandprotectivematerials,rebategeometry,locking,etc.)willonlygivethesamefireprotectionclassificationasthatofatestspecimeniftheyareofsimilarinternaldimensions.Themaximumdifferenceininternaldimensions(height,widthanddepthofthestoragespace,measuredfromwalltowall)towhichthetestclassificationcouldapplyis+15%.Cabinetshavinginternaldimensionswhichdifferbymorethanthisamountfromthatofthetestedspecimenshouldbesubmittedtoanextratest.Thewall,ceilinganddoorthicknessesshouldnotbebelowthespecifiedminimumlimitofthetype-testedthicknessbymorethan3%.DisketteinsertsshouldonlybeinstalledindatacabinetshavingthesamedesignastheseriesofprotectionclassS60PandS120P,respectively,inwhichtheinserthasbeentestedinaccordancewith5.1.2.Whereseveralinsertsareinstalled,theyshouldbebuiltinonebesidetheotheroroneabovetheotherfrombottomtotop,respectively.Thevolumeandtotalheightoftheinstalledinsertsshouldnotexceed50%ofthetotalinternalvolumeor50%oftheinternalheight,respectively,ofthedatacabinetsintowhichtheyareinstalled.Thedimensionsoftheinsertcanbeadaptedbyincreasingthewidthanddepthtothecorrespondingdimensionsofthedatacabinets.Areductionofthesedimensionsaswellasachangeoftheheightisonlyadmittedwithinthespecifiedtolerance.Thetemperatureincreasesduringtype-testsondatacabinetsanddisketteinsertswillbeconsideredindecidingthepermitteddisketteinsertinstallations.Forapermittedinstallation,thetemperatureincreaseoftheintendeddatacabinet(?TaK)shouldnotexceedthetemperatureincreaseofthetesteddatacabinet(?TbK)inwhichthedisketteinserthasbeentype-testedbymorethanthedifferencebetweenthemaximumvalueforthedisketteinsert(?TiK)andthemaximumadmissibletemperatureincrease(30K),i.e:?Ta-?Tb≤30K-?Ti(SeeexampleinAnnexB).Adescriptionoftheinstallationofthedisketteinsertsshouldbegiveninthetechnicaldocumentationofthemanufacturer.
