【摘要】:Thedocumentprovidesrecommendationsforcommanddialoguesusedtoaccomplishtypicalofficetasks.Commanddialoguesaresequencesofinstructionsprovidedbytheusertothesystemwhich,whenprocessed,resultinassociatedsystemactions.Usersinput(fromrecall,ratherthanselectingfromamenu)completeorabbreviatedcommandphrases(e.g.mnemonics,letters,functionkeys,hotkeys)intheorderrequiredbythecommandlanguagesyntaxandthecomputerperformstheactivitiesinitiatedbythecommand(s)andtheirassociatedparameters.
