【摘要】:1.1Thispracticeprovidesfortheestablishmentandmaintenanceofcalibrationproceduresformeasuringandtestequipmentusedforelectricalinsulatingmaterials.Itprovidesaframeworkofconceptsandpractices,withdefinitionsandspecificationspertainingtomeasurement,adequacyofstandards,necessaryenvironmentalcontrols,tablesofcorrections,intervalsofcalibration,calibrationprocedures,calibrationofstandards,andpersonneltrainingsystemdocumentation.1.2ThispracticeisintendedforcontroloftheaccuracyoftheequipmentusedformeasurementsthataremadeinaccordancewithASTMstandardsorotherspecifiedrequirements.1.3Thevaluesstatedinmetricunitsareregardedasthestandard.Thevaluesininch-poundorEnglishunitsareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
