【摘要】:Thispracticecoversthepreparationofairborneparticulatesamplescollectedduringtheabatementofleadhazardsinandaroundbuildingsandrelatedstructures.Thispracticedescribesthedigestionproceduresforairborneparticulateleadsamplesthatarecollectedoncelluloseestermembranefiltersduringabatementandconstructionactivities.Thepracticeisintendedforusewithairborneparticulateleadsamplesthatarepreparedforsubsequentanalysisbylaboratory-basedquantitativeanalyticalmethods.Thispracticecoversthegeneralconsiderationsforquantitativesampledigestionfortotalrecoverableleadinairborneparticulateusinghotplateormicrowaveheatingtechniques.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytotheproceduresectionofthispractice.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardstatementsaregiveninSection8andNotes2,3,8,and10.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheobjectives,functionalrequirementsandguidelinesforthecontrolandmitigationoffiresandexplosionsonoffshoreinstallationsusedforthedevelopmentofhydrocarbonresources.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableto:—fixedoffshorestructures;—floatingproduction,storageandoff-takesystems;forthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.MobileoffshoreunitsasdefinedinthisInternationalStandardandsubseainstallationsareexcluded,althoughmanyoftheprinciplescontainedinthisInternationalStandardmaybeusedasguidance.ThisInternationalStandardisbasedonanapproachwheretheselectionofcontrolandmitigationmeasuresforfiresandexplosionsisdeterminedbyanevaluationofhazardsontheoffshoreinstallation.Themethodologiesemployedinthisassessmentandtheresultantrecommendationswilldifferdependingonthecomplexityoftheproductionprocessandfacilities,typeoffacility(i.e.openorenclosed),manninglevels,andtheenvironmentalconditionsassociatedwiththeareaofoperation.UsersofthisInternationalStandardshouldnotethatwhileobservingitsrequirements,theyshould,atthesametime,ensurecompliancewithsuchstatutoryrequirements,rulesandregulationsasmaybeapplicabletotheindividualoffshoreinstallationconcerned.
