【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiessamplingfromstationarysources,extraction,clean-up,identificationandquantificationproceduresofthedioxin-likePCBs.TheproceduredescribedlaysdownrequirementstomeasurethePCBcongenersgiveninAnnexA(seeTableA.1).Itisapplicabletothetwelvenon-andmonoorthoPCBdesignatedbytheWHO.ItisoptimisedtomeasurePCBconcentrationsintherangeof0,01ngWHO-TEQ/m.Inadditiontothe12non-andmono-ortho-PCBthepresentdocumentisalsoapplicabletomeasurefurtherPCB-congenersliketheso-called“markerPCB”28,52,101,138,153,180(seeAnnexD).ThisdocumentspecifiesaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichhavetobefulfilledbyanyPCBsampling,extraction,clean-up,identificationandquantificationmethodstobeapplied.ItisassumedthatduetotheirsimilarchemicalbehaviourPCBsmaybesampledfromstationarysourcestogetherwiththePCDDs/PCDFsbythesamemethods.ThecompletesamplingprocedureisdescribedintheEN1948-1.EachofthethreesamplingmethodsofEN1948-1canbecombinedwiththemethodsdescribedinthisdocumenttocompletethemeasurementprocedure.EN1948-1isanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedureandisnecessaryforthedeterminationofPCBs.InadditionitispossibletomeasurePCBstogetherwithPCDDs/PCDFsbyapplyingEN1948Part1,Part2,Part3andCEN/TS1948Part4.
